OmniDEL Bin Lifting System - Terberg RosRoca

Offering robust build, minimal maintenance and a safe operation synonymous with the Terberg brand the OmniDEL offers twin split lifting chairs that are perfect for high volume, high density urban collections of two-wheeled bins. OmniDEL also switches seamlessly to 4-wheel commercial container mode to enable emptying of larger containers thanks to our intelligent, time-saving 4-wheel recognition and Auto Gather features.

The OmniDEL employs unique Terberg geometry that delivers a super steep container discharge angle of 50° ensuring that most materials are discharged first time, our intelligent sonar sensor bin-shaking function activates automatically to remove any "sticky" materials should this not happen.

With all the great features of its hydraulic brother but only requiring a 24v connection to the vehicle the OmniDEL (E) also comes with a super low noise rating makes it one of the quietest bin lifts available which is excellent news for households and collections crews alike.

Developed to be the perfect partner to longitudinally split RCV compaction bodies, the OmniDEL Triple works harmoniously with 70/30 or 30/70 split bodies.

OmniDEL Triple offers a twin chair configuration providing fully automatic handling for 2-wheel bins on the 70% side complete with a time-saving 4-wheel auto gather mode to seamlessly switch the dual chair into a fully capable commercial 4-wheel container handling solution that switches back to automatic 2-wheel domestic mode when finished.

The single chair offers a superb fully automatic operation for 2-wheel bins being loaded into the 30% split of the RCV.

Both the single and dual sections of the OmniDEL Triple come as standard with intelligent automatic bin-shaking and drop down hopper plates to enable hand-loading.

OmniDEL FW

A superbly capable variant on the standard OmniDEL, the FW (Full Width) offers the widest bulk load aperture possible making the entire wifth of the tailgate open for large, hand loaded items.

Offering robust build, minimal maintenance and a safe operation synonymous with the Terberg brand the OmniDEL offers twin split lifting chairs that are perfect for high volume, high density urban collections of two-wheeled bins. OmniDEL also switches seamlessly to 4-wheel commercial container mode to enable emptying of larger containers thanks to our intelligent, time-saving 4-wheel recognition and Auto Gather features.

The OmniDEL FW is a low entry, full tailgate development of our standard OmniDEL that provides a fully featured bin lifting solution with a very generous "throw in" hopper opening of up to 2200mm.

Available as a direct fit to the Olympus tailgate, the OmniDEL FW is perfect for domestic or mixed rounds that have to be flexible enough to handle the occasional item of bulky waste such as a sofa.

The powered refuse plate, made from high strength aluminium, makes loading of bulky items simple and efficient and is interlocked with the packer to ensure safety.

The FW offers the same robust build, safe operation and minimal maintenance as the regular OmniDEL and offers slim rear overhang profile in its transport position.

The OmniMAX (E) offers the same top-notch waste collection and recycling solution as the conventional hydraulic version, but with the benefits of a low-noise, low-voltage electric container lifting system. The system allows an impressive range of containers to be handled flexibly and safely with its robust rear-mounted electric lifting system. Designed to provide maximum operating flexibility, the Olympus OmniMAX (E) offers excellent performance, helps save fuel, reduces carbon emissions and improves efficiency.

The Olympus OmniMAX (E) features robust construction and safe automatic operation, and is extremely quiet, generating less than 57 dB (A) when in operation.

Viking

A bin lift especially designed for the Olympus Twinpack.

This bin lift is an automatic bar and a single chair lift that can operate together as a full width manual bar lift if required. The Viking can be specified with an optional diverter plate in the tailgate which make it possible to empty 2-compartment bins.
